How we work
Deadlines are like dreams, they seem so real at the time but they are rarely realistic. As such we are a very agile company working with a Kanban based flow system rather than is set sprints. We have a daily call for the team every morning and then you can get one with what you need to do without needing to worry about someone standing over you, but input is always there if you need it.
