Theorem, LLC is a mission driven, people focused digital agency. Our remote first teams engage with clients to listen to their challenges and create innovative solutions. 

Each problem we solve is unique. Instead of making assumptions, we apply our experience and problem solving abilities to evaluate the right technical stack and architecture for each solution we create. Some recent projects include building an API proxy in Lua and Go, rebuilding a high traffic web application in Node.js and designing an end-to-end IoT platform for a large telecom.

We believe in lightweight tools. When the right tool for the job isn't available, we aren't shy to roll our own. We have built and maintain open source libraries. In the past we built Vagrant and OpenRedis and we have contributed to popular languages like Ruby and datastores like Redis.

Run Agile - Our teams have natural touch points within the day and throughout the sprint cycle to voice thoughts and concerns, to plan and review achievements. Engineers meet with their managers regularly to discuss project matters and lay out plans for personal growth 

Leverage the Right Tools and Techniques - We use several tools to collaborate and build understanding between teams. We routinely use tools like Jira, Figma, Github and Zoom for talking and engaging with each other for stories, features and discussions. We use the extraordinary tool of Team Retreat to build personal connection enhancing our communication as we work remotely from day to day.
