Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for expanding global Web3 market cooperation resources, including KOLs, trading communities, project parties, media, institutions and ecosystem partners, and continuously bringing high-quality trading users to the product; 2. Establish and maintain KOLs, trading communities and industry resources in Europe, America, Japan, South Korea and Chinese-speaking regions, and drive user growth, product subscriptions and transaction conversions via initiatives including AMAs, Spaces, campaigns and co-hosted activities; 3. Independently take charge of the entire process of business cooperation, including resource development, cooperation negotiation, proposal formulation, project implementation and effect review, and continuously optimize the cooperation ROI; 4. Collaborate with the marketing, social media, product and operation teams to formulate growth strategies based on product features, and drive users to complete core conversion behaviors such as registration, subscription and transaction; 5. Continuously explore high-quality cooperation resources in AI Trading, Crypto, DeFi, trading communities and other fields, establish long-term ecosystem partnerships, and take responsibility for the user quality, subscription volume and trading volume brought by such cooperation.
