Blockchain Developer

We are building the first chain-agnostic private payroll protocol.

We enable companies to pay employees across Ethereum, Solana, Base, and more, without revealing amounts or counterparties on-chain.

THE ROLE

Lead the technical vision and a 7-person engineering team from MVP to production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Architect ZK privacy layer, FHE encrypted state, and cross-chain settlement.

• Lead Solidity smart contract development (Foundry/Hardhat).

• Integrate CCTP and Hyperlane for cross-chain USDC transfers.

• Mentor and manage 7 engineers.

• Drive MVP delivery in 4-6 months, production in 10-14 months.

• Ensure security, compliance (KYC/AML), and auditability.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years engineering, 3+ years in blockchain/Solidity.

• Experience with ZKPs or FHE.

• Cross-chain bridge/messaging protocol experience.

• Team leadership (4+ members).

• Strong written communication.

NICE TO HAVE

• Ligero/Arc, Zama/Fhenix, CCTP, Hyperlane, or Solana/Rust experience.

• Fintech/payroll background.
