The Role 🤝

We're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Developer Relations Manager to join SOON's Developer Relations team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Developer Relations team to help build a thriving community of developers and promote the adoption of SOON's technology across blockchain ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana, and TON. You'll have the opportunity to engage directly with developers, support them in their journey, and help foster strong connections between SOON and the wider developer community.

Key Responsibilities 🦾

• Developer Advocacy & Support: Serve as a key advocate for developers building on SOON, offering hands-on technical support, guidance, and resources to empower their success across areas like DeFi, AI, Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN), Payments, and Gaming.
• Technical Onboarding & Enablement: Assist with onboarding initiatives to educate new developers, protocol engineers, and partners on SOON's tech stack, including SVM and our Super Adoption Stack (SAS). Support the creation of tutorials, documentation, and guides that make it easy for developers to dive in and get started.
• Community Building & Engagement: Help foster a dynamic developer community by supporting events, hackathons, and webinars. Engage with developers on various platforms, answer questions, and promote knowledge-sharing across SOON's ecosystem.
• Technical Partnerships Support: Work alongside ecosystem partners and integration teams to ensure interoperability and a smooth experience for developers working across Ethereum, Solana, TON, and other chains. Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives that strengthen SOON's technical adoption.
• DeFi Liquidity & User Strategy Support: Partner with the Business Development and Ecosystem teams to help implement strategies aimed at enhancing DeFi liquidity, utility, and overall user growth. Provide technical insights and resources that support sustainable liquidity and user engagement within SOON's DeFi ecosystem.
• Developer Experience & Feedback: Gather feedback from the developer community to identify areas for improvement in SOON's product offerings, tools, and resources. Communicate insights to product teams to help refine and enhance the developer experience.
• Content Creation & Outreach: Assist in creating and sharing technical content - such as blog posts, sample code, and case studies - that inspires developers and demonstrates SOON's capabilities. Support SOON's presence at industry events by engaging with community members and representing the platform.

Qualifications 👩‍💻

• 1-2 years of experience in a developer relations, technical support, or community management role. Experience in blockchain or tech is a plus.
• Technical understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 ecosystems, including familiarity with smart contracts, Layer 1 & 2 networks, SVM, and rollups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience.
• Skilled in collaborating with a diverse, global team and customer base, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach, and a passion for empowering developers and driving the future of decentralized technology.
