Founding Full Stack Engineer

The Opportunity 💻

As a founding engineer at Ares, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining our three core products:

1. A white-label DeFi wallet enabling users to hold funds and earn yield
2. Our core API that integrates crypto and traditional payment flows
3. A white-label payment gateway for global on/off-ramping between fiat and stablecoins

Your responsibilities ✅

• Design and build transactional and scalable banking systems
• Implement integrations with banking systems and blockchains
• Automate CI/CD pipelines to deploy and scale our infrastructure in AWS and Render
• Write test-first, readable, and scalable code; of course, powered by AI

What We Look For 🔍

• You have 5+ years of full stack experience
• You have experience deploying and maintaining services on cloud environments
• [Bonus] You've worked at a startup, ideally in Fintech
• [Bonus] You are a crypto enthusiast
• Backend: Python, TypeScript (Node), PostgreSQL, Redis
• Frontend: Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript
• Cloud: AWS, Render
