Full Stack Blockchain Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Blockchain Engineer to lead the development of our core products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—designers, product managers, and other engineers—to conceptualize and implement secure, scalable, and robust decentralized applications.

Responsibilities

-Smart Contract Development: Design, implement, and maintain Solidity-based smart contracts.

-Front-end Implementation: Build responsive and performant user interfaces using React Native (and/or React for web).

-Blockchain Integration: Integrate smart contracts with front-end applications using Web3.js or ethers.js.

-Multi-Chain Solutions: Develop solutions that work seamlessly across multiple blockchain networks, ensuring interoperability and scalability.

-Oracles & DEXs: Architect and implement oracles for off-chain data retrieval and design features for decentralized exchange functionality.

-Platform Definition & Architecture: Contribute to high-level architecture decisions for new platform features and ensure robust, secure back-end systems.

-Code Reviews & Best Practices: Conduct peer reviews, maintain code quality, and follow best practices in software security, version control, and documentation.

-Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with product managers and other team members, offering guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

-Proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development.

-Strong experience with Web3.js (or ethers.js) to interact with Ethereum or other EVM-compatible blockchains.

-Competency in React Native (React.js experience is a plus).

-Experience with Node.js (for back-end services) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

-Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or other data-fetching paradigms.

Blockchain Expertise:

-Understanding of Ethereum or other major blockchains (e.g., BSC, Polygon, etc.).

-Experience with oracles (Chainlink or similar) and decentralized exchange protocols (Uniswap, SushiSwap, etc.).

-Exposure to multi-chain architecture and interoperability challenges.

Additional Skills:

-Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or similar platforms).

-Understanding of cryptographic primitives (hashing, signatures, key management).

-Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Soft Skills:

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

-Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
