About the Role As Growth Lead at Spire Labs, you'll be the driving force behind our developer community, partnerships, and market presence. Working directly with our cofounders, you'll shape Spire's growth strategy, build engagement around our Based Appchain Platform (Pylon), and establish Spire as a leader in the rollup infrastructure space. This is a high-impact role for a crypto-native builder who can translate complex technical innovation into compelling narratives that resonate with developers and the broader Ethereum ecosystem.
