Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to build and implement key features for the Backpack Exchange and Wallet.
- Build out the Backpack Market Maker.
- Optimize performance and address any bugs or technical issues within the platform and Marker Maker.
- Take ownership of projects from conception to deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize Rust to develop robust and scalable solutions.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments in Solana blockchain technology and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our platform.
Requirements:
- Passion for blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the crypto ecosystem.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development and proficiency in the Rust programming language.
- Solid understanding of Web3 concepts and experience working with blockchain protocols, particularly Solana.
- Familiarity with smart contract development and deployment on the Solana blockchain is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
