You'll be crafting world-class interfaces for complex ecosystems, owning Figma-based workflows, and bridging the gap between design, product, and front-end development. About Our Team and Culture 🌍 Global Team Spread across US, South America, Europe, and Asia 🏢 Remote-First Optional offices in Porto & Singapore Well-Rounded Team • Half tech whizzes, half partnership experts building relationships with data providers, developers, and the DeFi community Communication-Driven • English proficiency essential—our primary language for team communication and network-driven approach Startup-Level Speed • We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and love adaptable problem solvers eager to meet evolving market needs Your Responsibilities Lead UI Design • Lead UI design across multiple digital platforms with pixel-perfect execution Design System Ownership • Build and maintain a scalable, robust design system in Figma—including Auto Layout, variables, component sets, organizing and publishing libraries, and interactive prototyping Engineering Collaboration • Collaborate closely with engineers to convert designs into real, functioning features (you get HTML/CSS/JS enough to speak their language, ideally some experience with React projects) Design Thinking Process • Apply design thinking: user research, problem framing, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iterative refinement Complexity Management • Bring clarity to complexity—especially for data-heavy, visually rich experiences Bonus: Framer Expertise • Proficiency in Framer design, development, and deployment process We Expect You to Bring Portfolio Excellence • A portfolio that demonstrates elegant, data-centric UI work End-to-End Ownership • Proven ability to drive product-forward work end-to-end Strategic Leadership • Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you can own the design strategy and execution Communication Excellence • Strong communication skills for team collaboration and presenting ideas to stakeholders Workflow Optimization • Clever ways of working: automating and optimizing the workflows around the design you deliver Desired Skills and Experience Core Experience • 5+ years of experience in product or UI design Figma Mastery • Figma god-level skills: fluent with Auto Layout, variables, component sets, organizing and publishing libraries, and prototyping Technical Know-How • Basic coding know-how: able to navigate HTML, CSS, and JavaScript well enough to collaborate with devs Design Process Expertise • Solid practice of the design thinking process, from discovery to iteration Web3 Experience • Web3 (or related) experience—extra credit if you've tackled DeFi, crypto platforms, or blockchain interfaces Nice to Have • Fintech, tradfi, or B2B software design background • Strong data visualization and dashboard design chops • Experience building or scaling design systems Position Details Experience Required 5+ years in product or UI design Primary Tools Figma (god-level), Framer (bonus) Location Remote (Worldwide) Office Options Porto, Portugal or Singapore (optional) Why Join Us?
