Description: We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute significantly to the development and enhancement of the Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) protocol. Our ideal candidate is passionate about blockchain technology and deeply committed to the vision of interoperability. Role - Develop and enhance the IBC protocol to enable seamless blockchain interoperability. - Serve as the expert on and primary owner of major components of IBC (e.g. IBC-go, light clients, etc…) - Mentor and level up fellow engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. - Implement rigorous security measures and testing practices to ensure protocol robustness. Qualifications Requirements - 4+ years of software engineering experience. - Solid experience in protocol / blockchain development. - Commitment to security and rigorous software development practices. - Excellent communication skills.
