We’re looking for someone with: - 3+ years of software development experience - 1–2+ years in blockchain, Web3, crypto, or DeFi - Strong Solidity and EVM smart contract experience - Hands-on experience with tools like Hardhat, Foundry, Ethers.js, Web3.js, Viem, MetaMask, or Remix - Good understanding of DeFi, smart contract security, gas optimization, and backend blockchain integrations - English level B2 or higher Nice to have: - Experience with L1/L2, bridges, validators, nodes, RPC infrastructure, audits, or Web3 security tools - Backend experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Go, Rust, Python, or Java - Open-source Web3 contributions or a public GitHub portfolio

Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 1–2+ years in blockchain, Web3, crypto, or DeFi
- Strong Solidity and EVM smart contract experience
- Hands-on experience with tools like Hardhat, Foundry, Ethers.js, Web3.js, Viem, MetaMask, or Remix
- Good understanding of DeFi, smart contract security, gas optimization, and backend blockchain integrations
- English level B2 or higher
