About the Role

As Incubations Growth Lead, you'll drive the go-to-market and growth engine for every protocol, product, or wild-card concept birthed inside the Sei Development Foundation's Incubations team.

Think of it as running a mini-agency inside Sei: you'll take zero-to-one ideas, shape their story, light up community flywheels, and prove traction in real numbers such as social reach, token demand, exchange listings, and active users.

You'll be the growth engine for groundbreaking projects, turning innovative concepts into thriving protocols with measurable traction across social metrics, token performance, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy and Execution

• Build positioning and messaging frameworks for each incubation project

• Craft comprehensive launch plans including announcements, AMAs, partner pushes, and liquidity events

• Set and hit growth KPIs across all channels, driving measurable traction

Community & Social Growth

• Architect creator/ambassador programs that 10× social reach and engagement

• Own Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and other platform narrative arcs

• Track sentiment, mindshare, and community health metrics across platforms

Token Demand & Listings

• Coordinate tokenomics storytelling with Labs and Legal teams for compliance

• Drive CEX and DEX listing pipelines alongside Business Development

• Potentially plan liquidity mining, staking, and/or referral loops to boost velocity

User Acquisition & Retention

• Define target personas and acquisition funnels for each incubation

• Launch incentivized quests, hackathons, and partner integrations

• Instrument onboarding flows to maximize activation and retention rates

Data & Reporting

• Build dashboards and weekly growth reports to founders and Foundation leadership

What We're Looking For

Platform Content Mastery

• Proven expertise in creating impactful content across X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and other platforms

Token Launch Experience

• Led token GTM strategies for a major successful TGE (Token Generation Event)

Crypto Narrative Expertise

• A deep understanding of crypto trends and storytelling that resonates with web3 communities

Creative & Strategic Skills

• Strong creative instincts with ability to craft taglines, social narratives, and visually engaging content

Owner Mentality

• Owner mentality, coupled with framework-driven strategic thinking and execution

Project Management Excellence

• Exceptional project management and multitasking skills to juggle multiple incubations simultaneously

Design Tools Proficiency

• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Canva for creating visual content

Communication Excellence

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Adaptability & Problem-Solving

• Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt to the dynamic social media and crypto landscape

Blockchain Passion

• A passion for blockchain technology, with clear understanding of crypto-related trends and terminology

Nice to Haves

• Experience working at a large blockchain foundation or Traditional Finance institution

• Prior success building social communities for a Layer 1 blockchain or large-scale DeFi project

• Strong connections with influencers and creators in the crypto space
