💎 Lead Liquid Crypto Investment Strategies Across DeFi & Emerging Networks

About the Role

Drive liquid cryptocurrency investment strategies across DeFi protocols and emerging blockchain networks. Lead investment decisions from discovery through execution with focus on liquid token positions. You'll manage active positions, participate in governance, and build relationships with key ecosystem players to source proprietary deal flow.

Key Responsibilities

Investment & Portfolio Management

• Lead liquid cryptocurrency investment strategies and due diligence

• Source and evaluate liquid token opportunities across major ecosystems

• Actively manage liquid positions and DeFi strategies

• Participate in governance across portfolio protocols

• Design hedging strategies for portfolio risk management

Business Development & Ecosystem

• Build relationships with protocol teams, market makers, and liquidity providers

• Source proprietary deal flow through ecosystem participation

• Represent Hypersphere at crypto conferences and DeFi events

• Mentor junior team members on liquid crypto investing

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in crypto, trading, or liquid markets

• Proven track record in cryptocurrency investing

• Expert knowledge of on-chain analytics platforms (Dune, Nansen, DeBank, Zapper)

• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols and liquidity dynamics

• Strong network within crypto ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as crypto fund manager or DeFi protocol contributor

• Active governance participation in major protocols

• Published research in crypto space

• Established crypto social media presence
