This role is critical in bridging the gap between our blockchain protocols and the global developer community. You will create high-quality, developer-friendly content - both written and video - that demystifies our technology and fosters adoption. A solid foundation in blockchain technology, programming, and exceptional communication skills is essential to thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Video Content Creation: Plan, script and produce high-quality video content, including developer tutorials, webinars, and system demos. Deliver engaging, concise, and visually appealing videos tailored for a global developer audience. - Developer Documentation: Create and maintain developer documentation, including system architecture overviews, API references, and developer guides. Ensure all documentation is comprehensive, accurate, and easy to understand. - Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and engineers to ensure content aligns with product updates and developer needs. - Content Management: Organize and manage technical documentation repositories for easy access. Regularly update documentation and video content to reflect changes in protocols, features, or tools. Role Requirements: - Video Production Expertise: Proven experience in scripting, producing, and editing video content. Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects). - Documentation Skills: Strong ability to create code diagrams, technical illustrations, and developer-friendly guides. Experience with infographics and design tools like Figma and Canva. - Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain programming using JavaScript (web3.js/ethers.js), Python (web3.py), Rust (alloy-rs) and Go (geth), and onchain scripting with Solidity. - Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication to simplify and convey complex technical concepts. Desirable Qualities: - Experience creating content for a global developer audience. - Knowledge of SEO to enhance the visibility and discoverability of documentation and video content. - Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content effectiveness and iterate on improvements. - Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams. - Proactive mindset to identify gaps in documentation and address them promptly. - Flexibility to adapt to shifting project priorities and deadlines.
