We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to help keep our facilities clean, safe, and ready for everyone to enjoy. Position Overview The Janitor will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our baseball facility. This position ensures that all common areas, restrooms, and workspaces are kept in excellent condition to support a positive experience for both employees and visitors. Responsibilities - Perform general cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces - Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal - Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas - Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, and event spaces - Assist with occasional setup/cleanup for games and events - Report any maintenance or repair needs to management - Follow safety procedures and handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly Qualifications - Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred (but not required) - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong attention to detail and reliability - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or event-based schedules as needed What We Offer - Competitive hourly pay - Opportunities for growth within the organization - A supportive and team-oriented work environment - Employee perks such as [tickets, merchandise discounts, or other benefits—customize as appropriate] How to Apply If you’re dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of the Doodle Baseball team, we’d love to hear from you!
