At Doodle Baseball, we combine creativity, teamwork, and love for the game to create a fun and welcoming environment for players, fans, and staff alike. We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to help keep our facilities clean, safe, and ready for everyone to enjoy.

Position Overview

The Janitor will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our baseball facility. This position ensures that all common areas, restrooms, and workspaces are kept in excellent condition to support a positive experience for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, locker rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal
• Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, and event spaces
• Assist with occasional setup/cleanup for games and events
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
• Follow safety procedures and handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or event-based schedules as needed
