Role Responsibilities:
- Observe and document workflow steps via secured dashboards
- Identify and report deviations in procedures
- Conduct daily process checks in line with SOP
- Collaborate on improving process accuracy and reliability
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks
- Basic tech skills and reliable internet
- Available 1-3 hours per day at flexible times
