To keep our team running smoothly, we’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Secretary to provide essential administrative support and keep our office operations flowing. Position Overview The Secretary will act as the backbone of daily office administration, supporting executives, coordinating schedules, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. This role requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.
